Values

We are deeply committed to building and supporting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community that promotes wellness and success of all lab members, and allows everyone to bring their full selves.

One thing we do to facilitate this is maintain a document that clearly lays out expectations, responsibilities, and resources for lab members, and for me as a supervisor. We revise this document as a group regularly to make sure it fits our needs and ensures we continue to grow as a community.
